Is downspout cleaning included?
Yes. Downspout clearing and flushing are included with standard gutter cleaning. We clear blockages and check that water is draining properly through the system.
How often should gutters or eavestroughs be cleaned?
Most homes should have their gutters or eavestroughs cleaned at least once or twice a year. Homes surrounded by mature trees may need more frequent cleaning because leaves, seeds and debris can build up faster.
Do gutters with gutter guards still need cleaning?
Yes. Gutter guards can reduce larger debris, but leaves, roof grit, seeds and other buildup can still collect on or beneath them. If guards need to be removed and reinstalled for cleaning, the additional work will be reflected in the quote.
